A home watch service provides scheduled inspections of your unoccupied home to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained in your absence. We look for issues such as water leaks, HVAC failures, bad odors, signs of vandalism, pest activity, and more.

4. How often do you visit my property?

We customize visit frequency based on your needs. Most clients choose weekly or biweekly visits. In some cases, we can accommodate more frequent inspections due to weather conditions.

 

5. What do you check during each visit?

Each home watch visit includes a comprehensive inspection of pipes in bathrooms, kitchens  and laundry rooms and basements. Flush toilets, sink faucets, and showers .Inspect refrigerators, dishwashers and washing machines for water leakage.  Inspect doors & windows for signs of forced entry. Inspect heating/cooling systems. Inspect electrical panels for popped breakers. Signs of pests or rodents. Mail and package collection. Salt walkway to front door and back door.

 

6. Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

 

7. What if you find a problem at my property?

We immediately notify you and can coordinate emergency repairs or work with your preferred contractors. We act as your local eyes and ears.

 

8. Do you offer keyholder or concierge services?

Yes. We can meet service providers, accept deliveries, or prepare your home for your return. Keyholder service is included in all plans.
