Welcome to Snowbirds Home Touch, LLC. By accessing or using our website snowbirdshometouch.com and our home watch services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

 

1. Services Offered

Snowbirds Home Touch provides home watch and property monitoring services to absentee homeowners. Our services include, but are not limited to:

    - Scheduled home inspections

    - Visual checks for water leaks in every room of the home and basement. Flush toilets, sinks,         & faucets. Dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine water and bad odor check.                     mold, pests, window check and signs of intrusion

    - Concierge services upon request, package forwarding, prepare home for arrival

    - Note: Our services do not constitute or replace home security or emergency                                     response services.

​2. Eligibility

    - You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding                                   contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant  that you           meet these requirements.

​3. Service Agreement

    - Before services commence, a separate written executed agreement will outline the                       following:

    - Frequency and scope of visits

    - Service fees and payment terms

    - Client obligations (access to property, contact information, specific home details)

    - Term and termination provisions

4. Limitation of Liability

     To the fullest extent permitted by law:

     - These Terms supplement, but do not replace, the signed service agreement.

     - We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from events beyond our                               control ( natural disasters, break-ins, utility failures).

     - Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for services rendered in the                                   preceding 30 days.

     - We make no guarantees regarding the prevention of property damage or                                             unauthorized entry.

5. Client Responsibilities

     Clients are responsible for:

    - Providing accurate contact and property access information

    - Maintaining homeowner’s insurance

    - Notifying us of any changes in schedule or property status

    - Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Privacy

     - We respect your privacy. Any personal or property-related information you                                        provide will be kept confidential.

​7. Intellectual Property

    - All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and service                                                     descriptions, is the intellectual property of Snowbirds Home Touch, LLC and

      may not be used without permission.

8. Payment Terms

    - Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in their service agreement. Failure to pay on

      time may result in late fees or termination of services.

9. Modifications

    - We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on

      this page with the effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes                                       acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

     - These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its

        conflict of law
