Interior

Shoes are always removed upon entry.

Walkthrough assessment for water damage, vandalism, theft, and obvious concerning issues

Flush bathroom faucets, check under vanity pipe, flush toilets and flush showers.

Flush kitchen sink faucets. Check under sink pipe, check dishwasher and surrounding floor. Open refrigerator & freezer, check temperature, ice maker and bad odors.
- Check washer & dryer, keep washer lid open, check surrounding floor & water line behind for water leakage.
Exterior

Walk entire perimeter and assess exterior of home.

Ensure all exterior lighting is operable.

All doors are locked and no signs of unauthorized access.

Signs of nests and damaging pests.

Windows & screens are intact and no signs of damage.

Water bibs and other outdoor water sources show zero signs of leakage.

Shovel walkway to front door after snowstorm and salt.

Open and close​ garage doors and check for signs of damage.
Concierge
-
Keep kitchen and bathroom faucets on a drip with 32' freezing temperatures.

Check thermostat and keep home at owners' preferred temperature.

Collect all mail, newspapers and packages.

Start car engines and run for five minutes.

Stock refrigerator with owners grocery list upon return. (additional fee)
